Application Processing Timeframes
The processing time frames for initial applications for licensure and registration is updated approximately every two weeks. It takes an approximate of 1.5 months (or 4-6 weeks) for processing, including applications, subsequent documents/correspondence, and requested documents due to deficiency for an application/notification received. Please note that processing times vary, and they depend on the quality and quantity of applications/documents received at that time. The Board is currently processing applications received on the following dates as of January 15, 2026.

*Application, notification, and request submitted without the required fee will not be assigned until the full fee amount has been received. After the required fee is received and processed, it will be assigned and processed according to the fee received date.
**All applicants are notified via e–mail when the Board receives their application and/or request. Upon the completion of a comprehensive review, the applicants will be notified regarding the status of their application/request or if there are any deficiency(ies) and/or clarifying questions.
