Your old OLPL (Online Professional Licensing) account and password were not migrated to BreEZe. Please create a new user account and password in order to use the BreEZe system.
I forgot my username and password
If you need assistant in resetting your username and password please call 855-227-9633. Assistance is available Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (except Holidays).
What transactions are available online
The following transactions are available online: Initial Application for Psychology Licensure, Psychologist Renewal, Psychological Associate Renewal, Address Changes for Psychologists, Request for duplicate license and/or pocket certificates.
The system indicates I cannot renew online
You cannot renew before you receive your paper renewal by mail. If you receive your paper renewal and still cannot renew, please call the Board of Psychology, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST at 916-574-7720.
I want to do a change of address
This function is currently available online in BreEZe for all licensed Psychologists, applicants for licensure as a Psychologist, Registered Psychological Associates, and Psychological Testing Technicians.
My application status says pending
With BreEZe the only display for status currently is PENDING. For further details on what documents need to be submitted, or for the current status of your application, you must contact the Board of Psychology. The email will be forwarded to your Licensing Analyst to contact you.
I’m renewing my Psychological Associate Application online and I cannot locate the Supplemental Annual Report
The Supplemental Annual Report is not currently available on BreEZe. You must download and complete the supplemental annual report from the Board’s website at http://www.psychology.ca.gov/licensees/psb_annual_report.pdf. Save the document as a pdf.file and attach it to your online renewal.
Once I submit an initial application for licensure can I submit any subsequent fees to apply to my application
At this time, any subsequent fee payments to your application, such as your CPSE or CPLEE exam fee or initial license fee cannot be paid online. You will have to mail them directly to the Board of Psychology 1625 North Market Blvd. Suite N215 Sacramento, CA 95834.
