License Reinstatement
Business and Professions Code §2962 allows an individual to petition the California Board of Psychology (Board) for reinstatement of a revoked or surrendered license. A person whose license has been revoked or surrendered may petition the Board after a period of not less than three years has elapsed from the effective date of the revocation or surrender, unless otherwise stated in the Decision.
