Attention Board of Psychology (Board) stakeholders:
Senate Bill (SB) 1474 (Committee on Business, Professions, and Economic Development, Chapter 312, Statutes of 2020) was signed by Governor Gavin Newsom on September 29, 2020, and takes effect January 1, 2021.
This bill makes changes to the Board of Psychology section of the Business and Professions Code (Section 2920) as follows:
The statutory authority of the Board of Psychology is extended until January 1, 2022.
IMPLEMENTATION:
The Board does not have any implementation activities associated with SB 1474.
